With an experience spanning over 25 years, Tim has successfully operated within a variety of sectors of the international hospitality industry, including Michelin Star and QSR businesses.  

Supporting some of the world's best known and loved F&B brands, working with teams on their key strategic, operational and organisational issues, his experience covers a broad range of areas including corporate and business unit strategy, cost reduction and operational improvement. 

Tim’s passion for food and consumer-led innovation is evident although it is his proven track record for building strong teams, improving cultural change, and delivering world-class products that sets him apart.
